What is a Security Policy?

A Security Policy defines password expiry, password complexity rules and user account lock-out rules.

As a User with the  Company Administrator Privilege you can go to the Admin page and then the Security tab. 

From this page, you can add or edit policies. If you select a policy, you'll see numerous options including:

Setting the current policy as the default policy, setting the password expiry, minimum password length, maximum invalid login attempts, allowed IP addresses (if none are entered, all are allowed), password history, password complexity, and invalid login lockout period.
