Often Support requests Integration Log entries. Where can this be found and what does Support want exactly?
In PeopleSoft there is an Integration Log. If you log into PeopleSoft, go to:
Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Product Related > Recruiting > Integration > Integration Log
We recommend you always use a date filter when searching so you don't return too much data. You don't want PeopleSoft to attempt to return years worth of data.
The Transaction ID will depend on what you are troubleshooting. This will be specified by the Support representative. Search for the relevant transaction based on the other information you have.
