Browser Support Policy for Talemetry

Talemetry strives to support the major operating systems, devices and browsers used by candidates and recruiters to access Talemetry from around the globe. We base our support policy on customer and candidate usage and trend data, as well as browser/operating system support policies from the major vendors. We will continue to evolve our device, operating system and browser support policy over time based on the changing market.

  • Safari is only supported on Apple machines running Mac OS

NOTES:  

  • Candidate experience includes the candidate-facing parts of the Talemetry Career Sites and Apply modules.
  • All operating systems are expected to be up to the latest supported patch/service pack level.
  • As of January 1, 2017, the following operating system/browser combinations are no longer actively supported or tested:
    • Windows Vista/IE9
    • Windows 7/IE8
    • Windows 7/IE10
  • You can still use versions that are not listed here. However, if you have an issue, you will first need to upgrade to one of the “actively supported” versions on your operating system and confirm that the issue exists on one of these versions before opening up a support case.
