  1. When I Add to Folder or Add to Job, show me my folders and jobs

    When I want to add a candidate to a folder or job, I see jobs that belong to everybody or folders that belong to everybody. I find it hard to find my folders, it would be great to be able to see only my folders and jobs I am assigned to. Maybe a filter that can then show other people's folders and jobs (i.e. show all) would help

  2. Ability to get resumes from Dropbox (or Skypdrive or Google Drive) into Source/CRM

    As as recruiter, I have a bunch of resumes that I want to get into Talemetry Source/CRM. While I can create a zip and import, it would be great to just put resumes into a dropbox folder (or Google Drive or Skydrive folder). The big advantage of this over import zip is that I don't need to be logged into Talemetry to get files into Source/CRM, and I can do it from my various workpoints (i.e. my work computer, my home computer, my tablet, my smartphone).

    After I send resumes into this folder, I want to be able to review…

  3. Summary of my filtered Activities

    As as recruiter, I want a way to easily show what I have been doing in a week. The Source Tracking activity report shows detail, but if I could choose what I want to show (i.e. activity types, specific folders or job), and then see a visualization like on the Dashboard, then I can share this with a manager

  4. Ability to Get Email done from External System into Source/CRM

    Often emails are sent to candidates outside of Talemetry – i.e. in customer’s email, in LinkedIn. It would be great to add the content of the email so that it shows in the Email tab and is tracked/visible. “Add Email” button, indicate when sent, subject, and email. Activity will be marked as “emailed” for the history.

  5. Add candidate ID to the Source Tracking Report and CSV download

    RBS have requested the addition of candidate ID (ATS ID) to the Source Tracking Report and associated CSV download. This would allow them to undertake further analysis of their MI.

  6. include tags on CSV import (candidates can have individual tags)

    I would like the CSV import to include a column for tags, so that each candidate can have a different set of tags (i.e. not just tagging the whole list on import wth the same tag). The tag column in the csv file could be separated by something like semi-colon etc. so that each candidate can have multiple tags as well.

  8. Hired Report (ROI tracking on hire)

    Scenario 1: In a given period of time, I want to know how many hires I made. Then I need to know the Job, the person Hired, and their source. This will help me to understand the ROI/value of the sources of hire.

    As an expansion, it would be good to see all source tracking history for the jobs that were filled.

    Scenario 2:
    When a candidate is entered into Talemetry and hired via ATS notification that candidate has been hired.. For example: my organization has sourcing specialist who enter candidates into the system and recruiters who then search, find…

  9. Allow for creating talent networks across Career Sites and letting candidates choose

    Right now I get a Talent Network per Career Site. This means that they belong to the Talent Network based on where they landed. If I have multiple career sites, or I have migrated from one career site to another, I end up with separate Talent Networks.

    I want to be able to create specific Talent Networks (i.e. by region and industry/job family) and use them across different career sites. I want the candidates to then choose an appropriate talent network.

    That way my Talent Networks are more targeted and I can do a better job marketing applicable jobs to…

  10. Assign Job and Tags and Folders to all resumes attached to an email

    As a recruiter, when I have a bunch of resumes that I want to get into Source/CRM, I would also like to put them in a specific folder, attach them to a specific job, and/or add tags to them.

    Today, I can do this on a one-by-one basis for each resume attached. However, I would like to indicate in the email body or subject the tags, folders, and jobs that want to have ALL processed resumes to have.

  11. Move candidates from one Talent Network to another

    Right now candidates join a Talent Network based on Career site. However, over years I will be upgrading to different career sites and versions. I have no way to move candidates from one Talent Network to another when this switch happens, and I end up with multiple talent network lists to work from.

  12. Scheduled weekly Talemetry report sent to me by email

    I would like to have a weekly report emailed to me from Talemetry. I would like to set up the report I want to have returned withy my filtered parameters. Ideally I would get in the email a snapshot of the report results, as well as CSV (if applicable) and a link to get to the report data in Talemetry

  13. Event Check-Ins

    Have a way for candidates to check in easily, in Talemetry at job fairs so companies can collect information on people who stop by their booth. It should upload directly into a folder in Talemetry.

  14. Automatically post my new jobs to LinkedIn Groups

    I would like to post every one of my new jobs to my LinkedIn Group that I set up. That way people who are a member of my group will learn about my job quickly and automatically.

  15. Auto-refresh expired job postings on job boards

    When a posting of a job to a job board expires and my job is still active, I want to automatically repost the job to that job board (and use up another posting credit).

    This ensures that my jobs that are active continue to appear on my chosen job boards without my intervention (i.e. to rebroadcast it myself).

  16. Provide ability to filter out ATS applicants who've applied to the job I'm sourcing

    If I'm sourcing for a specific position, and Talemetry finds past applicants from my ATS who match my criteria, I'd like an easy way to filter out those applicants who have already applied to the job that I'm sourcing.

  17. Add support for marking candidates as "private"

    From JCPenney

    As a recruiter who works on confidential positions, I need to be able to add candidates to Talemetry that only I can see (and none of my colleagues can see). I would like to be able to make a candidate "private" so that only I can see them in Talemetry.

  18. Add support for private notes on candidates

    From JCPenney

    As a recruiter, there are notes that I need to add to candidate profiles on confidential matters (current salary, being considered for a confidential position). I need to be able to add this information as private notes so none of my colleagues in Talemetry can see them. Only I am able to see them from by Talemetry account.

  19. add the functionality to share individual candidates with other talemetry users via the interface..

    if i find a candidate and i want to send that profile to a colleague to look at there should be a way to forward or share that profile via the interface.

    right now i either have to tell them to look at the candidate in a folder or send them an email with the downloaded resume

  20. Bulk Upload of URL Redirects

    For customers with a large number of pages/jobs when transferring domains etc there is always a requirement to set up appropriate re-directs which can often run into thousands of re-directs.

    To prevent either manual handling or having to write scripts to do this ideally customers should be able to bulk upload re-directs on a per domain basis using a pre-defined template as we do for candidate uploads in Source & CRM. This would make the process much easier.
