  1. Hide reporting features that have not turned on so you don't see zeros.

    Support wastes time confirming the feature has not been implemented each time one of these cases is reported.

  2. Preview Content is confusing in image upload.

    For example, when navigating to Campaigns > Candidate Templates > New Template and then updating a new image, you'll get a preview of the image.

    This preview contains a bunch of latin text by default. This is ugly and confusing to users and should be removed and replaced.

    In stead of typing out each user name, please have an option to select all users when sharing folder.

  5. Sorting

    you should be able to sort by who you have viewed vs who others have viewed. Sometimes candidates get missed because you think you viewed them but you haven't. or someone else viewed them so you don't have to and you want to sort them out.

  6. Broadcast Copy Check Prior to Testing

    When customers post via Broadcast they always revise the job copy to make it suitable for boards. On a regular basis they get some boards which do not get this revised copy which we assume is due to invalid HTML but causes support cases and frustration from a customer perspective.

    Is it not possible prior to posting either:

    1. Check the copy for code that will cause issues so the customer can amend prior to posting

    2. Provide better in product messaging so the customer is aware to check before posting

  8. Is it possible to limit the choices to only the ones that recruiters access for manually broadcasting jobs?

    1. Can there be two dropdowns – one for regular job lists and one for the jobwraps?

    2. Can it default to only lists used for manual broadcasting and user can somehow specify that they would also like to see the jobwrap lists in there?

    3. May be have some kind of security at login level – attach names of recruiters who can see the job lists to the job list definition?

  9. Sort Candidate in Talemetry

    To be able to organize candidates within Talemetry, a sorting feature would be extremely helpful in locating which candidates applied to the jobs most recently, sorting them by alphabetical order, etc

  10. Make access to Talent Networks a privilege.

    Only a subset of users make use of Talent Networks, why give all users access?
    The applicants in a Talent Network would still appear in a Source search, just the Talent Networks tab would not appear for users without the privilege.

  13. Allow the ability to copy workflows within a company as well as across companies

    When you have many workflows (sometimes there can be 40+ workflows) that are quite similar, it would be a huge time saver to be able to copy workflows and then put in the edits needed.

    The ability to copy these large amount of workflows from dev to prod would also be a huge time saver.

  15. Add ability to update a candidate profile by downloading their resume from a resume DB again

    Use Case: A recruiter downloads a profile from Monster. A year later, they want to be sure they have the candidate's most up to date profile. Currently, there is now way for them to know if there is a more up to date profile and no easy way to download that profile from Monster again if they want to.

  16. Talemetry Profile per Application

    Suggested by RBS:

    We would like the application / profile that a candidate submits for a specific role to appear against that vacancy in both the recruiter and hiring manager Talemetry profile view - i.e. not to be overwritten by any more recent applications. This is because candidates may bespoke each application for the specific role requirements. It would also prevent the risk of the profile changing from when a recruiter pushes this to the hiring manager and when they view it (i.e. if a second application comes in in the intervening period).

    Add the ability in the java integrator to use a named address for remote access rather then only an IP address. Currently the java integrator only allows remote access setup via IP. We would prefer using a named address.

  18. Add Candidate Status to the Agency Portal

    At present we send off-line reports once a week to agencies who have submitted candidates to jobs. Some customers have asked if it would be possible to add functionality to allow:

    1. Agencies to see the candidates they have submitted against jobs
    2. Show agencies the 'status' of these submitted candidates

    The status would need to be in-line with the status shown to candidates and not the status displayed to internals

  19. Download a Zip containing all resumes from selected candidates

    When I have a folder of candidates and I have filtered them down to the ones that I feel are ready for review for a hiring manager, I then have to download each resume one by one and forward them to the hiring manager. This can be time consuming. I would like to select all and download all in a single action. I would then get a zip file containing all resume attachments.

  20. Subscription Management

    Today when an email is sent to candidates, there is an option to "Unsubscribe". As part of various country anti-spam laws, this is required.

    However there are a few limitations today.
    - Unsubscribe means to all communication from Talemetry on behalf of the customer to that candidate
    - there is no way to "resubscribe"
    - there is no confirmation of unsubscribe
    - there is no distinction between what types of emails being unsubscribed. For example, all emails, just general emails, etc)

    I would like Talemetry to confirm the unsubscribe request, and to give options on managing the subscription to different…
