  1. Add Pay per Post Support for Broadcast

    I would like the ability to broadcast to paid job boards that they do not have accounts with so that I can get more candidates for hard to fill positions.

  3. Allow for greater limit on Candidate CSV Download

    Since we can only download 5,000 entries at one time. All us to choose 5,000 when more than 5,000 appear or extend the amount we download. Being only able to download 5,000 does not suit our organization.

  4. Workflows

    Be able to add pre-screening questions without having to redo an entire workflow! This is so time consuming and we need to do it from scratch each time. We should be able to have a templated job flow and add questions as needed on a case by case basis.

    Under "All Talent Networks" folder in the TN section be able to filter by your stages.

  6. Template webpages

    Have a more robust drag and drop template selection for landing pages and talent networks like other CRMs have. Allow customers to customize their own colors etc but have different options. Every time we want a new look of a page built the company has to pay for it.

  8. job alert emails

    Now that there is a function for automatic emails and apply flow popups you should enable job alerts by sign up. For example: if we place a lead capture on an external website but allow candidates to choose a job function they are interested in- automatic emails will be sent to them a few times a month with current openings that match their background. Their information will then be saved in our database for future sourcing as a candidate might not have applied for a job yet but just interested in alerts.

  9. Update profile

    Be able to send candidates a link to update their profile or to add a resume if we only were able to obtain e-mail and primary contact information at recruitment event or mass upload.

  10. Workflow Questions

    Be able to add a question to an application page without having to do an entire workflow. For example, use these pages for many things and each event we have or job fair we go to i adjust workflows and it's always around the questions. There is no need for so many workflows if we can adjust the questions asked to the candidates on a per page basis versus the workflow. It also saves time for me since we can't simply duplicate the workflow either.

  11. Campaign template folders

    Be able to bucket campaign templates so there isn't 100s of templates randomly in the section. I think we should be able to create folders within this section to easily find templates. This will help recruiters find certain templates or create their own folders with various e-mails, allow admins to create their own for marketing purposes, or folders for auto e-mails.

    Folders should be able to be locked by admin so they can't be edited by recruiters.

  12. auto email templates

    Now that auto emails are available by stage allow a default template to be added to each stage that an be turned on and off by the recruiter. This setting should only be available to admins to keep branding accurate.

  14. Resume uploads

    Ability for candidates to go back into a certain talent network and update their resume without the candidate coming through as a duplicate. For example, we go to job fairs and use the pages to lead capture. We don't expect that people have their resumes digitally on hand but i'd like to send them an auto email so they can upload once they return to a computer and we can have access to a full profile.

  15. page names in Talent Networks

    Only add page to Talent Network once it's published. I sometimes built multiple pages for people to review and when i do the page name transfer to the Talent Networks but they don't always get published. One we do publish it's annoying for the recruiters to determine which one is the active page vs not active.

  16. folders in talent communities

    Have the ability to have folders or multiple talent communities within one page. For example, if you have a student talent network have the ability for someone to sign up for the general talent network or just newsletters or just jobs etc.

    Another example, If we keep a talent network open all year round but add an event or job sign up to the talent network be able to differentiate people who can in via general page or just for that event/job.

  18. Add "Phone Number" as a configuration option in Talemetry Apply Workflow

    In order to present a contact info confirmation page that is as clear and simple as possible, I would like to be able to select "Phone Number" as an option when configuring the apply workflow for a job application or talent network submission. Currently, the phone options are "Home Phone", "Mobile Phone", "Work Phone". The simplest presentation to candidates would be to ask only for "Phone Number" and allow them to enter any number they wish.

  19. Add ability to configure default content in email share on Career Sites

    As an Employment Brand Manager, I want some control over what messaging is included when a candidate shares a job. Being able to configure the default content that is added to a "share this job" email on a Talemetry Career Site will allow me to better manage my employment brand.
