    The ability for the location on on a job to be listed as "multiple locations"

  2. Workflows

    Be able to add pre-screening questions without having to redo an entire workflow! This is so time consuming and we need to do it from scratch each time. We should be able to have a templated job flow and add questions as needed on a case by case basis.

  3. Template webpages

    Have a more robust drag and drop template selection for landing pages and talent networks like other CRMs have. Allow customers to customize their own colors etc but have different options. Every time we want a new look of a page built the company has to pay for it.

  6. page names in Talent Networks

    Only add page to Talent Network once it's published. I sometimes built multiple pages for people to review and when i do the page name transfer to the Talent Networks but they don't always get published. One we do publish it's annoying for the recruiters to determine which one is the active page vs not active.

  8. Add ability to configure default content in email share on Career Sites

    As an Employment Brand Manager, I want some control over what messaging is included when a candidate shares a job. Being able to configure the default content that is added to a "share this job" email on a Talemetry Career Site will allow me to better manage my employment brand.

  9. Job search results, one row for multiple jobs

    For the Career Site module, where our job seekers come to search for jobs, we would like it to show all locations for a given job in a single row as opposed to how it does today where it creates multiple rows for the same job – one for each of its location.

  11. I'd like to customize the job URLs to fit my needs

    Within Career Sites, I'd like the job link to appear as I'd like it.
    For example the job "My Job Posting" as the following URL generated by Talemetry:
    http://abccompany.ttcportals.com/jobs/555-my-job-posting
    But I'd like to change it to for the needs of our recruiters to:
    http://abccompany.ttcportals.com/jobs/555-abc-corp-job
    Give us the ability to make that change to the permalink.

  12. Sorting

    you should be able to sort by who you have viewed vs who others have viewed. Sometimes candidates get missed because you think you viewed them but you haven't. or someone else viewed them so you don't have to and you want to sort them out.

  13. Bulk Upload of URL Redirects

    For customers with a large number of pages/jobs when transferring domains etc there is always a requirement to set up appropriate re-directs which can often run into thousands of re-directs.

    To prevent either manual handling or having to write scripts to do this ideally customers should be able to bulk upload re-directs on a per domain basis using a pre-defined template as we do for candidate uploads in Source & CRM. This would make the process much easier.

  18. Share a job by a candidate should be done using Talemetry email system

    When a candidate wants to share a job from a Career site, it launches the user's default email system. This is cumbersome and difficult because the URLs to apply for the job, or any text in the email can't be controlled.

    The email should be sent via the Talemetry email system. A captcha or other control to ensure that bots are not using the system and it is a human should be put in place
