  1. Convert LinkedIn profiles to PDF rather than HTML

    When an applicant applies using their LinkedIn profile, it comes over as an html file to PeopleSoft, and the formatting gets messed up (strange characters instead of bullets, etc.). Would it be possible to convert it to a PDF instead to preserve the formatting and make the resume easier to read?

  2. Apply Workflow - feature to ask Candidate to confirm email address when they apply

    The customer would like to prompt the candidate to enter their email address a second time to help reduce the likelihood of a typo

    The customer is not concerned about losing candidates, or that the candidate my make a typo in the email. The concern is that a candidate with a mistyped email will get linked to another candidate, and later in Peoplesoft that other candidate can see the data (i.e. when they login to TAM).

  3. Clone/Copy/Duplicate an Apply Workflow

    Often when a workflow is created, with all of its steps, configured questions, text, etc, there is a need to clone this to create a similar or related workflow.

    This saves time for the company admin/services user and it helps to eliminate errors or issues in a new apply workflow.

  4. Add "Phone Number" as a configuration option in Talemetry Apply Workflow

    In order to present a contact info confirmation page that is as clear and simple as possible, I would like to be able to select "Phone Number" as an option when configuring the apply workflow for a job application or talent network submission. Currently, the phone options are "Home Phone", "Mobile Phone", "Work Phone". The simplest presentation to candidates would be to ask only for "Phone Number" and allow them to enter any number they wish.

  6. Make end month on education review screen required

    Currently end year on education review screen is required. However, end month is not.

    We would like to have both required.

  7. Allow the ability to copy workflows within a company as well as across companies

    When you have many workflows (sometimes there can be 40+ workflows) that are quite similar, it would be a huge time saver to be able to copy workflows and then put in the edits needed.

    The ability to copy these large amount of workflows from dev to prod would also be a huge time saver.

  8. Applicant can log an issue that they have with the Career Site or Apply Workflow

    Sometimes an applicant can have an issue on a career site or during an apply workflow. This issue could happen for many reasons and may not be easily tracked by the Company or by Talemetry.

    If the applicant has a problem, they should be able to tell the Company and Talemetry about the problem, and give more information about when and where it happened.

    Ideally - the user's key information (i.e. ip address, browser and version, O/S, career site, apply workflow, specific originating page) would automatically be logged. Allow applicant to describe problem.

  9. Apply Workflow - size of long answer box should be adjustable

    For some situations, customers want the size of the Long Answer for Apply Workflow to be adjustable. For example, to describe previous experience that is relevant the box may be too small.

  10. Configure File Extensions that are acceptable in Apply Workflow or Social Media Apply

    I am only interested in getting resumes of speicfiic file types like Word and PDF. I want to configure which ones I want and force candidates to only give me resuems in those types. Make sure to show the candidate the allowable file extensions on the screen. When the candidate selects an invalid file extension, tell the candidate to try again.

  11. Apply/Direct Apply - Configure the max. file size for resume upload

    Customer would like to manually configure the max file size to be allowed on the Social Media Apply or Apply Workflow.
    The reason is to help keep files that are too large out of their ATS.
