  1. When importing, being able to identify which profile should be primary.

    We import lists each week, however our ATS Application is always the primary profile that houses the most information. How can we ensure imports are able to default to the correct primary profile?

  3. Be able to go directly to the candidate profiles from the email reports - ie. see all candidates that opened that email.

    Create an easier way to see email data and response rates, and go directly to the candidate profiles from the data results. (ie, click on "Opened" and see/scroll through all of the candidate profiles of the candidates that opened that email.)

  4. Be able to bookmark candidates or add to clipboard as you scroll through candidates in a detail view so that you can mass-action them.

    We should be able to bookmark candidates or "add to clipboard" while you review them in the detailed profile view, not just on the list format. Our recruiters review and cross-check candidate information in iCIMS and LinkedIn and often check for licenses before adding them to a folder. Since they cannot add them to the clipboard, they end up needing to action candidates 1 at a time.

  5. Location should provide the same results whether you list it as Portland, OR or Portland, Oregon, for example.

    Location should not operate like a keyword. It should not matter if you do or don't abbreviate a state.

    Create a way for recruiters to set reminders for themselves to check up on candidates within the tool. This would be a useful strategy to keep candidates warm or check on their status. This is more useful than just being able to set delayed emails to send to candidates, as hiring needs change and the email may not be warranted by the time you've set it to send 6 months in the future.

    Search results should be updated immediately upon adjusting search criteria or filters instead of having to hit "search". Often times, our recruiters accidently act on candidates that they thought they filtered, only to find that they never hit search and they are within the wrong stage of their pipeline.

  8. Keywords should be highlighted in overview tab, not just in profile tab.

    Can we have keywords highlight within the overview tab instead of just in profile tab? Overview tab is easier to read - Parsing of resume for iCIMS profiles is not user friendly format.

    Similar how job pipeline information is visible on recruiter dashboards, we should see folder info/stats on dashboard. Our recruiters often source for evergreen roles, which requires them to pipeline within folders instead of jobs. Since stages are available within folders, we should be able to see that data on the recruiter dashboard as well.

  10. Talemetry should create a page to see all folders with specific details about those folders so that it is easy to sort our your candidates.

    Similar to LinkedIn Projects, Talemetry should create a page to see all folders with specific details about those folders so that it is easy to sort our your candidates. If you have folders for candidates on the east coast vs the west coast, and some for candidates within the talent network vs previous applicants, it would be easier to see it listed out on a page as opposed to just seeing it on a drop down menu with just the folder titles.

  11. We should be able to search by candidates who have replied or search by a specific candidate activity.

    Can we search by those who have replied to you or search by a specific candidate activity? This is easy to sort out in LinkedIn. It allows the recruiter to better prioritize their time in the tool.

  12. Link candidate profiles to their email responses so that you can go directly to their profile upon reading their response.

    We would like a functionality similar to LinkedIn, where you can click into the candidates profile from the email that they sent you, especially since the email is going to the recruiters outlook. This makes it easier for the recruiter to formulate the appropriate response quickly, as they are able to read other correspondence, notes and see the resume.

  13. We should have the ability to have more that one autosearch saved to each folder.

    We would like to have the ability to have more that one autosearch saved to each folder as we create many searches to cover different candidate subsets for each role. For example, we like to do separate searches through our Talent Network database vs our job board databases.

  15. Tagging recruiters should send them a notification

    If you tag (i.e. @johnsmith) a team member in a note, they get notified about a candidate to review via email

  16. Remove duplicates from email campaign

    Should be able to remove duplicates between talent networks when sending a mass email campaign. For example: If you are sending a mass email to multiple networks and someone appears in both, they wont receive the email twice.

  17. ATS Hired Indicator and Filter on Candidates

    It is important to have a Hired indicator on candidates in Source/CRM from the ATS. There are a few ways to use this.


    1. An indicator on the candidate profile/candidate results list to show the candidate was hired in the ATS.


    2. A filter on results to choose to include or exclude hired candidates in the result set. This can be used to exclude hired candidates for email communication.

  18. Subscription Management

    Today when an email is sent to candidates, there is an option to "Unsubscribe". As part of various country anti-spam laws, this is required.

    However there are a few limitations today.
    - Unsubscribe means to all communication from Talemetry on behalf of the customer to that candidate
    - there is no way to "resubscribe"
    - there is no confirmation of unsubscribe
    - there is no distinction between what types of emails being unsubscribed. For example, all emails, just general emails, etc)

    I would like Talemetry to confirm the unsubscribe request, and to give options on managing the subscription to different…

  19. Allow for creating talent networks across Career Sites and letting candidates choose

    Right now I get a Talent Network per Career Site. This means that they belong to the Talent Network based on where they landed. If I have multiple career sites, or I have migrated from one career site to another, I end up with separate Talent Networks.

    I want to be able to create specific Talent Networks (i.e. by region and industry/job family) and use them across different career sites. I want the candidates to then choose an appropriate talent network.

    That way my Talent Networks are more targeted and I can do a better job marketing applicable jobs to…

  20. Emailed resumes go into Talemetry without review

    As a recruiter, when I have a bunch of resume files that I want to get into Talemetry, I want to just email them in and have them go into Source/CRM without any review. This might be a configured option for a specific email account. I would later want to review those imported candidates in Talemetry.
