Hired Report (ROI tracking on hire)
Scenario 1: In a given period of time, I want to know how many hires I made. Then I need to know the Job, the person Hired, and their source. This will help me to understand the ROI/value of the sources of hire.
As an expansion, it would be good to see all source tracking history for the jobs that were filled.
Scenario 2:
When a candidate is entered into Talemetry and hired via ATS notification that candidate has been hired.. For example: my organization has sourcing specialist who enter candidates into the system and recruiters who then search, find and hire candidates.. It would be great if there was a way to easily track if one of the candidate submitted was ultimately hired.

In Spring 2015 source to hire report is available. Expansion to drill down to specific person is not yet available

We want to see if a candidate was hired so we can determine who found the candidate.. As i stated above we have different levels of recruitment in the organization.. Our sourcing team goes out and finds candidates to put into the system where our recruiters search all the candidates including the ones the sourcing team found.. we would like to be able to track if a candidate was uploaded by X employee and hired.. We are a large system and cannot look into each individual profile to see their hire status we could upload 50+ candidates a day for more than 500+ positions.
Love the integration ATS feature! But again, we have millions of candidates in our system but 100s being added a day .... i can't look into each ATS tab to see if someone i uploaded into Talemetry was ultimately hired
