Create a special widget for displaying HOT JOBS
These hot jobs should automatically archive per posting end date. We currently have a page for featured jobs (because we typically have over 100 postings). We currently have a page and create a link to the job posting on the page but we manually have to update the page every time the posting needs to come off.
