Enhance the options in user roles to allow/disallow access to features
Create granular options for granting or limiting access to features such as, delete profile, hide Import feature, notes delete, email template creation, etc., so that the majority of users wouldn't have certain abilities, while an administrator role sees and has access to all.

Fall 2014 – released granular privileges for “Upload to ATS” and Reports for each module. Email All is also an assignable privilege

The fact that users can delete profiles, notes and import resumes completely at will raises great concern for inappropriate use and potential data loss.
