  1. Enhance the options in user roles to allow/disallow access to features

    Create granular options for granting or limiting access to features such as, delete profile, hide Import feature, notes delete, email template creation, etc., so that the majority of users wouldn't have certain abilities, while an administrator role sees and has access to all.

  2. Hired Report (ROI tracking on hire)

    Scenario 1: In a given period of time, I want to know how many hires I made. Then I need to know the Job, the person Hired, and their source. This will help me to understand the ROI/value of the sources of hire.

    As an expansion, it would be good to see all source tracking history for the jobs that were filled.

    Scenario 2:
    When a candidate is entered into Talemetry and hired via ATS notification that candidate has been hired.. For example: my organization has sourcing specialist who enter candidates into the system and recruiters who then search, find…

  3. Social Network Updates for Jobs

    Currently, customers who want to push updates to their social network sites when new jobs are posted must do so manually by editing jobs, one at a time.

    Also this feature is only available for customers with Career Sites. It would be great to choose this feature for customers without Career sites, and to have more control.

    Updates may be inconsistent if individuals forget, customers with high job volumes spend too much time pushing updates, feature adoption suffers.

  4. Employee referral offering in Talemetry

    Need an employee referral program driven from Talemetry.


    • a way for employees to log into a system that would allow them to instantly share job opportunities with their networks (via social media, email etc - even suggest contacts for them).

    • The system would then track all referrals and the employee could log in later and see the status of their referral.

  5. Create my own sources for my marketing campaigns

    When I am setting up my recruitment marketing strategy, I sometimes come across niche sites to do my auto-broadcast or manual marketing strategy. I would like to be able to create my own sources quickly and not need to ask Talemetry services to do it. As well, I only want my source to be visible to me and not other companies.
