  2. ATS Hired Indicator and Filter on Candidates

    It is important to have a Hired indicator on candidates in Source/CRM from the ATS. There are a few ways to use this.

    1. An indicator on the candidate profile/candidate results list to show the candidate was hired in the ATS.

    2. A filter on results to choose to include or exclude hired candidates in the result set. This can be used to exclude hired candidates for email communication.

  3. Download a Zip containing all resumes from selected candidates

    When I have a folder of candidates and I have filtered them down to the ones that I feel are ready for review for a hiring manager, I then have to download each resume one by one and forward them to the hiring manager. This can be time consuming. I would like to select all and download all in a single action. I would then get a zip file containing all resume attachments.

  4. Ability for candidates to register in Career Sites/Apply so they can apply again easily or apply for multiple jobs

    In streamlining the application process as much as possible, it might make sense to look at remembering candidates who have applied in the past via Connect. This way a past applicant could bypass some of the repetition (such as uploading their resume again) as an option. Perhaps candidates could use oauth via google, facebook, etc. to login quickly and then Talemetry could identify if they've applied before.

  5. Hiring Manager Role

    Sourcers often want to collaborate with Hiring Managers by sharing top candidates for review and comment. However, these managers should not have complete access to search the database. Ideally they would have access to a folder and/or job when a sourcer shares that folder and be able to see either all candidates in that folder - or perhaps those in a prescribed stage (ie manager review).

  6. Convert LinkedIn profiles to PDF rather than HTML

    When an applicant applies using their LinkedIn profile, it comes over as an html file to PeopleSoft, and the formatting gets messed up (strange characters instead of bullets, etc.). Would it be possible to convert it to a PDF instead to preserve the formatting and make the resume easier to read?

  7. Add Recruiter email notification option for when the search agent finds candidates

    When creating and saving a search, with Search Agent turned On, offer the option for the recruiter (user) to be notified via email when there are additional candidates.

  9. Subscription Management

    Today when an email is sent to candidates, there is an option to "Unsubscribe". As part of various country anti-spam laws, this is required.

    However there are a few limitations today.
    - Unsubscribe means to all communication from Talemetry on behalf of the customer to that candidate
    - there is no way to "resubscribe"
    - there is no confirmation of unsubscribe
    - there is no distinction between what types of emails being unsubscribed. For example, all emails, just general emails, etc)

    I would like Talemetry to confirm the unsubscribe request, and to give options on managing the subscription to different…

  10. Move candidates from one Talent Network to another

    Right now candidates join a Talent Network based on Career site. However, over years I will be upgrading to different career sites and versions. I have no way to move candidates from one Talent Network to another when this switch happens, and I end up with multiple talent network lists to work from.

  11. Allow for greater limit on Candidate CSV Download

    Since we can only download 5,000 entries at one time. All us to choose 5,000 when more than 5,000 appear or extend the amount we download. Being only able to download 5,000 does not suit our organization.

  12. Talemetry Status - Display if the system is up, experiencing issues or down.

    Often customers want to check to see how Talemetry is doing. We have SLAs with clients, and they want to be able to validate that the system is running. As well, if they are experiencing issues, they want to check a website to see what the issue is and to get updates on when problems will be resolved.

  13. Hired Report (ROI tracking on hire)

    Scenario 1: In a given period of time, I want to know how many hires I made. Then I need to know the Job, the person Hired, and their source. This will help me to understand the ROI/value of the sources of hire.

    As an expansion, it would be good to see all source tracking history for the jobs that were filled.

    Scenario 2:
    When a candidate is entered into Talemetry and hired via ATS notification that candidate has been hired.. For example: my organization has sourcing specialist who enter candidates into the system and recruiters who then search, find…

  14. Allow Broadcast customers to manage their own Posting credentials and counts

    Scenario 1: Customers often get updated credentials for the Job posting agreements, or get new expiry dates or posting count. They would like to quickly update Talemetry with that information when they get it so that they can immediately post jobs (and not need to go through Talemetry support).

    Scenario 2: Customer wants to keep the number of Postings available to recruiters low and mange that number in real-time so their Recruiters don't use up all the Posting available in their contract with the Job Board too early.

    I would like to post every one of my new jobs to my LinkedIn Group that I set up. That way people who are a member of my group will learn about my job quickly and automatically.

  16. Enhance the options in user roles to allow/disallow access to features

    Create granular options for granting or limiting access to features such as, delete profile, hide Import feature, notes delete, email template creation, etc., so that the majority of users wouldn't have certain abilities, while an administrator role sees and has access to all.

  17. Allow for creating talent networks across Career Sites and letting candidates choose

    Right now I get a Talent Network per Career Site. This means that they belong to the Talent Network based on where they landed. If I have multiple career sites, or I have migrated from one career site to another, I end up with separate Talent Networks.

    I want to be able to create specific Talent Networks (i.e. by region and industry/job family) and use them across different career sites. I want the candidates to then choose an appropriate talent network.

    That way my Talent Networks are more targeted and I can do a better job marketing applicable jobs to…

  18. Applicant can log an issue that they have with the Career Site or Apply Workflow

    Sometimes an applicant can have an issue on a career site or during an apply workflow. This issue could happen for many reasons and may not be easily tracked by the Company or by Talemetry.

    If the applicant has a problem, they should be able to tell the Company and Talemetry about the problem, and give more information about when and where it happened.

    Ideally - the user's key information (i.e. ip address, browser and version, O/S, career site, apply workflow, specific originating page) would automatically be logged. Allow applicant to describe problem.

  19. Social Network Updates for Jobs

    Currently, customers who want to push updates to their social network sites when new jobs are posted must do so manually by editing jobs, one at a time.

    Also this feature is only available for customers with Career Sites. It would be great to choose this feature for customers without Career sites, and to have more control.

    Updates may be inconsistent if individuals forget, customers with high job volumes spend too much time pushing updates, feature adoption suffers.

  20. Add Pay per Post Support for Broadcast

    I would like the ability to broadcast to paid job boards that they do not have accounts with so that I can get more candidates for hard to fill positions.
