Source Quality Report
A report that will display:
- The total traffic from a source to the Career Site(s)
- The total number of applications started
- The total number of applications completed
- The total number of applicants considered
- The total number of applicants interviewed
- The total number of applicants hired
Also, it would indicate the ratio of total candidates referred over the number of candidates with valid email.
Also, it would indicate the number of candidates from that source who were already existing in the system prior to that.

Ability to report on specific Talent Networks in source tracking report
Currently you can report on how many people apply and are subsequently hired via Talent Networks but you cannot see specifically which Talent Network so one cannot compare the Talent Networks against each other.

Place the paging feature at the top of the Source to Jobs report page.
It is not clear from the current layout that there is a second page. It is easy to miss the paging control at the bottom left of the page.
If it was more visible at the top, the report would be easier to use.

Hide reporting features that have not turned on so you don't see zeros.
Support wastes time confirming the feature has not been implemented each time one of these cases is reported.

Hired Report (ROI tracking on hire)
Scenario 1: In a given period of time, I want to know how many hires I made. Then I need to know the Job, the person Hired, and their source. This will help me to understand the ROI/value of the sources of hire.
As an expansion, it would be good to see all source tracking history for the jobs that were filled.
Scenario 2:
When a candidate is entered into Talemetry and hired via ATS notification that candidate has been hired.. Scheduled weekly Talemetry report sent to me by email
I would like to have a weekly report emailed to me from Talemetry. I would like to set up the report I want to have returned withy my filtered parameters. Ideally I would get in the email a snapshot of the report results, as well as CSV (if applicable) and a link to get to the report data in Talemetry

Add a time stamp for source tracking/candidate flow for individual jobs
I'd like to make a request on a possibility of adding a time stamp for source tracking/candidate flow for the individual jobs that are open. Currently we are able to see the source tracking over various periods of time but we can only see them through a generic job list and not the actual job. So if a job was opened for a long period of time, we could test different methods and see which strategies pull in candidates the best.
